The best things in life come in small packages

Exciting news! On Friday, January 25th, our friends Erin and Adam had a beautiful baby girl named Adsen Elise. If you're wondering about the name, it's their version of the all too popular Addison, meaning "child of Adam", and Elise is a form of Elizabeth meaning "consecrated to God". I'm really loving the name Adsen - Adam says it grows on you after awhile and it really does. But enough about the name, she's so cute! Justin and I got to see her right after she and her parents came home on the 27th. This is the youngest baby that Justin has ever seen (that he remembers) so as you can see, he was very excited...

Seeing this brand new baby has gotten Justin and I talking about having children of our own someday. We both agree that it will be an incredible experience, but for the time being we're just going to concentrate on getting married and enjoying a few years of marital bliss before we start having kids.


And speaking of marital bliss.... It's time for a wedding update. This past weekend my friend Jenn and I started addressing invitations. I can't thank Jenn enough for her help. She made an overwhelming task much more manageable. I'm hoping to finish up the invites this weekend and send them out pronto! It will be so exciting to start getting replies in the mail. The website should be updated in the next couple of days as well, so keep on the lookout for that. With two months to go, my biggest worry is whether everything will come together. Fortunately, everything seems to be going all right so far. I'll be a busy bride-to-be for the next two months, though!
